Windyridge

We are a small farm specializing in fiber animals. We have sheep for wool, goats for mohair and Angora Rabbits for angora. We also sell registered Clun Forest sheep breeding stock, and meat lambs around Easter time and sometimes later. Wool and mohair are generally sold by the fleece priced per pound and angora byt the ounce.

2 miles from the center of South Otselic on Route 26 north towards Otselic, 1st right onto Stage Rd, 4th house on the left. Pond out front, barn and runin shed.

Rhodie Hill

Self-raised llama fiber, yarns, and handwoven products since 1985. Handcrafted continuous strand looms and tools, 5 pitch English combs, and Rakestraw Spinners also available. Many products are available at Mill Artisans in Sherburne or by appointment at the farm. We teach hands-on workshops about llama management, fiber, and packing May-September plus continuous strand weaving on triangle & rectangle looms by appointment & good weather all year. We are located in the small town of Columbus in the rolling hills of northern Chenango County in New York State. Our flock of production oriented commercial Dorset sheep has been rotationally grazing the lush hillside fields of our 250-acre family farm for over 20 years. Our goal has always been to provide the best tasting, tender lamb to our select markets all year round.
